How we handle your information

Business Backwards is a Simha Ventures LLC project. This page describes how the site actually works today. It has not been independently reviewed for legal compliance.

Forms you choose to send

When you submit a form (Dream Lab, inquiries, newsletter, Blueprint, or The Business Game feedback), we store what you entered so Talya can read and respond. Only the founder's admin account can see submissions.

The Business Game feedback

  • You can vote and comment without sharing any contact information.
  • We store your vote, optional comments, which page you answered on, and campaign tags from the link you used (for example, "shared link").
  • Your browser keeps a private code so you can change your own answer later. If you clear your browser storage, you won't be able to edit that answer anymore.
  • Contact details are stored only if you tick the separate consent box, and are used only to send updates or early-testing invitations about The Business Game.
  • Please don't include sensitive personal information in comments.

Usage analytics

We count how the site is used with our own simple, first-party measurement — no third-party trackers, advertising cookies, or fingerprinting.

  • What's counted: the page visited (without any extra web-address details), a few on-site actions (like viewing The Business Game section, tapping Explore, sharing, opening the QR code, tapping WhatsApp, or sending feedback), the referring website's domain, campaign tags in the link you used, and whether you're on mobile or desktop.
  • No analytics cookies or identifiers are stored in your browser, so separate visits and actions are not linked together into a profile of you.
  • We don't store your IP address with analytics. Like any website, our hosting provider briefly processes your network address to deliver pages.
  • Raw analytics records are deleted automatically once they are older than 13 months (a daily cleanup runs on our server). Your feedback and form submissions are not affected by this cleanup.

Security and abuse prevention

To prevent spam, we briefly count requests using a one-way scrambled version of your network address that changes every day and is discarded within 24 hours. This is needed for the forms to work safely and is not used for analytics.

Your choices

To stop updates, reply "stop" to any message or email mizrachiorleam@gmail.com. You can also ask us to delete your submissions.
